These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and betjell governing your access to and use of the betjell platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any other services made available through this website. By registering an account or placing any bet on betjell, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of betjell. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the betjell platform. Continued use of betjell following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. betjell reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; the current version is always published on this page.
Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.

Any reference in these Terms & Conditions to a law or regulation shall be construed as a reference to that law or regulation as it may be amended, extended, or re-enacted from time to time. Any reference to a specific betjell policy document (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy) shall incorporate that document by reference as though set out in full herein.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
betjell is an adults-only platform. Access to and use of betjell is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 must not register an account, deposit funds, or place any bet on betjell under any circumstances.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on betjell, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
- You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 1 of these Terms & Conditions.
- You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by betjell for breach of these terms or for fraudulent conduct.
- You are not using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose.
- You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that you are betting with funds you can afford to lose.
- You have not self-excluded from betjell or from gambling platforms generally under any responsible gaming scheme that would render your use of betjell impermissible.
betjell reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any User at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Where a User fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable time following such a request, betjell may suspend or permanently close the User's account and withhold any funds pending in the account until the identity of the account holder is confirmed.
betjell .com employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method originally used, subject to verification of that method's ownership.
Account Registration and User Obligations
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on betjell. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or parallel accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or via a different device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. betjell uses technical, behavioural, and document-based methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, betjell reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held in those accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
When completing the registration form on betjell, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjell login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. betjell will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify betjell support immediately at support@betjell.
Users are prohibited from using the betjell platform for any of the following purposes:
- Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
- Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising access to the betjell platform or any of its features.
- Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account suspension imposed by betjell.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold exactly one betjell account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will result in closure of all associated accounts without notice.
Credential Security
You are responsible for keeping your betjell login details confidential. Never share your password. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@betjell immediately.
Accurate Information Required
All registration details must be truthful and current. betjell may request supporting documents at any time. Inaccurate information may result in permanent account closure.
No Automated Tools
The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any tool that interacts with betjell outside of a standard browser or mobile interface is strictly forbidden.
No Collusion
Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of casino games, sports markets, or any other betting product on betjell constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
KYC Verification
betjell may require identity documents before processing withdrawals. Providing valid, unexpired identification when requested is a condition of continued account access.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
betjell accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT (or the INR equivalent). betjell does not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods; however, individual payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay may apply their own transaction fees, for which betjell accepts no responsibility.
The following payment methods are accepted on betjell for BDT transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and the method's current operational status. betjell reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. betjell does not accept third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual. Where a third-party deposit is identified, betjell will freeze the deposited funds, request documentary evidence of payment ownership, and may return the funds to the originating account. Any winnings generated from third-party deposits prior to detection may be forfeited.
Withdrawal requests are processed by betjell within the timeframes set out in the platform's current withdrawal policy, which is published in the player account area following login. As a general guideline, BDT withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard operating hours. betjell reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where account activity has triggered an internal review.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, betjell will contact the account holder to agree on an alternative withdrawal method. betjell does not facilitate cash withdrawals or over-the-counter payments under any circumstances.
All account balances, bet settlements, and bonus calculations for Bangladesh-based players are conducted in BDT. If you deposit via a method that processes in a different currency, betjell will apply its published exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rates are indicative and may differ from interbank rates.
Betting, Gaming Rules, and Fair Play
All bets placed on betjell are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, or instant win games. These product-specific rules are published within each game or market on the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule shall take precedence for the matter to which it relates.
Sports Betting. betjell offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference number issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed. betjell reserves the right to void any bet where odds were displayed in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure.
Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on betjell are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are not influenced by betjell or the player's previous betting history. betjell does not guarantee any specific return to player (RTP) percentage, though published RTP figures provided by game studios are made available within each game's information panel where the studio permits their disclosure.
Void Bets. betjell may declare a bet void and return the stake to the player's account in any of the following circumstances: the event was cancelled before completion; the event was abandoned and insufficient play occurred for a result to be determined under the applicable rules; a betjell technical error resulted in a bet being accepted at manifestly incorrect odds; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions.
Maximum Win Limits. betjell applies maximum win limits per bet and per day, which are published in the platform's current betting rules. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum win limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated payout. Players are advised to review the current maximum win limits before placing large bets.
betjell operates a zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any form of corrupt betting activity. Any account found to be associated with suspicious betting patterns consistent with insider information, match manipulation, or coordinated fraud will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed with winnings forfeited.
Bonuses and Promotions
betjell offers various promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is claimed, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions.
Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and any restrictions on which games contribute to wagering completion will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on markets with odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms will not contribute to wagering requirements.
One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, and per payment method. betjell reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a player who it reasonably believes is claiming the offer in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically without notice.
betjell reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, betjell will honour any bonus already credited to player accounts at the time of cancellation, subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus.
Before claiming any bonus on betjell, read the specific terms attached to that offer in full. General Terms & Conditions govern where no specific promotion terms exist, but promotion-specific terms take precedence for any matter they address directly. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination
Voluntary Closure. You may close your betjell account at any time by contacting the support team at support@betjell. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
betjell-Initiated Suspension or Closure. betjell reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at betjell staff or other players.
- Discovery that the account holder is a Prohibited User (under 18, previously self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible).
- Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
- Use of automated tools, bots, or other prohibited software on the platform.
Where betjell closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where the breach involves fraud or money laundering, betjell may be obligated to freeze and report funds to relevant authorities rather than returning them to the account holder.
Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from betjell for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion by contacting support@betjell. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in immediate account suspension. betjell takes self-exclusion commitments seriously and will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to access the platform during the exclusion period. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
betjell provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, data loss, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability; betjell will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
No Liability for Betting Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. betjell is not liable for any betting or gaming losses incurred by players, whether arising from the outcome of sports events, casino game results, or any other wagering activity conducted on the platform. By using betjell, you acknowledge that you are betting voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose and that betjell bears no responsibility for your financial outcomes.
Technical Failures. In the event that a game, sports market, or transaction is affected by a technical failure — including but not limited to server errors, disconnection during a live game, or data feed interruptions — betjell will endeavour to resolve the issue in a fair and reasonable manner. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined (for example, where a live casino round was interrupted mid-play), the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. betjell's determination in such matters is final.
Third-Party Services. betjell integrates games, odds feeds, and payment processing services provided by third parties. betjell is not liable for any errors, failures, or service interruptions caused by these third-party providers. Any complaints relating to the performance of a specific game should be directed to the relevant game studio in addition to betjell support.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjell's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits betjell's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a player and betjell that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team should be submitted in writing to support@betjell. betjell will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
